Archery GB registration fees

If you are joining Archery GB for the first time, you will have to pay an additional registration fee on top of the membership fee i.e. £161.00.

The membership fee includes the following:

  • Subscription fees payable to GNAS (Grand National Archery Society), SCAS (Southern Counties Archery Society) and BAA (Berkshire Archery Association)
  • Indoor shooting over the winter period (mid September to late March)
  • Free use of the club bows which will allow you time to build up your strength and skill before investing in your first shiny new bow

The membership year starts on the 1st of October every year with subscriptions due by the 30th of September every year in order to continue to shoot.

Once registered, you will receive your GNAS card from Archery GB within a two or three months. You should keep with you at all times. More information on the benefits of GNAS membership, including the insurance cover, can be found here…

Fees for experienced and returning archers

Experienced archers who are current members of the GNAS will normally be accepted as club members without attending the beginners course but may (along with those who’s GNAS membership has lapsed) be asked to demonstrate competence to the committee.

If you are an experienced archer wishing to join the club, again contact us via our membership email address at general@readingarchers.co.uk stating your name and Archery GB Membership number. A committee member will contact you to discuss joining.

If you have lapsed your Archery GB membership in the last 18 months, with any Archery GB affiliated club,  the fee for the first year will be quoted once the most up to dateAGB fees are known..
